Forgive me if it’s been asked here previously; a quick search didn’t yield any results. I don’t think it’s mentioned in “To Be a Beast” whether total daily calorie and/or macro intake should differ on training vs non-training/GPP days. I woulda guessed that you should be eating a little more on training days. Could you clarify that pls?

I do not routinely recommend folks to eat less on “off” days compared to training days unless it improves adherence to the diet overall. Save for that, it doesn’t matter IMO. Consider that most of the structural recovery occurs on off days and resistance training doesn’t use much energy in the first place.
