I have seen a couple times you guys mentioning in forum posts that people should keep their lifting and non lifting days nutrition the same, however this has only been very brief in a long list of questions on a post
If you could go into a little more detail on why you advise this and or direct me to a video/article where you have done this already that would be appreceated.
Thanks.

Sure. A few reasons:
- Your energy expenditure isn’t really that much different on rest days vs training days.
- A lot of the elements of recovery occur on rest days, which require fuel.
- Consistent dietary patterns tend to improve adherence to health-promoting diets.
I think that’s a good start

would this be resistance training specifically or would you also say this for trainees with a lot more cardio in their training?
