I was just wondering if it would be a huge drawback if I would put the GPP Days right after my “normal” lifting days, just to be more time efficient.
I sometimes find it very hard to make enough free time to go to the Gym 5 times/week not only is it hard with my job which seldom has fixed working hours.
So its just: working → training → ride home → eat → sleep.
I probably have to do it anyway, but what would be the best approach.
