Do AMRAP sets have any peculiar benefit for hypertrophy? (that is, leaning moreso toward hypertrophy benefits than pure strength; although the two really cannot be separated.)
I understand the general consensus is not to take every set to failure, but close to failure for best stimulus/fatigue ratio.
