T-Rexes of the world unite and take over.
My arms are short like Cee Lo Green. Which means that when I lockout a deadlift the bar and my man-bits are both trying to occupying the same space. At light weight this is a minor inconvenience, but you start scraping four hundred pounds over your junk and it is a little swollen and sore the next day. I cannot be the only person with this problem. How do other people handle this?
