on week 5 of Strength 1, it is awesome. lots of fun. bought the chains from 1stchainsupply per recommendation from Jordan, great purchase.
just did comp DL day, as the weight is increasing, so is my back rounding. its noticable on vid (ill post even though this is not form check zone). it made it tough to un-round on the last rep of my set of 5@9, turning it into a @10.
DL really is my weak point, at meets im always competitive unitl the 3rd lift. im usually walking out to platform near the front. so im hesitant to take a deload as its already behind, but i want long term sucess ie: 600lbs some day.
what is your opinion on what i should do going froward, keeping in mind im on week 5 of your Strength template? Deload w/flat back reps or keep getting stronger not worry about rounding?
