Bb 1 vs bb2

Is it possible that some people will respond better to BB1 vs the Bb2 routine? Felt I had better results on bb1 for some reason

Yep, it’s possible!

In general, I think people will respond best to a program where the total training stress, as determined by volume, frequency, average intensity, proximity to failure, rest periods, exercise selection, and so on, matches their current level of fitness. I wouldn’t expect advanced lifters to do better on lower training stress levels than they’ve previously been accustomed to and did well with, however.
