I’ve read several different posts about this on the forum and there seems to be a lot of confusion on how to warm up properly. Can you clarify how to warm-up for 1@8, -20% 5 x 5 & non-single work like 5@9x2-3 sets. Should the last warm-up be 90-95% to help gauge the RPE? Thanks for your help.
90-95% of what? To warmup for a single, yes - you’ll need to take a lighter single to gauge where you’re at for that day, compared to your planned target weights. The ultimate 1@8 may then be adjusted up or down if necessary based on performance.

I was asking if the last two sets should be using the prescribed reps at ~ 90% and 95% of the target work weight, like Mike T. suggests. The link you provided was very helpful, I’ve bookmarked it. Gracias.
