Beef Liver

:. when I think of red meat, I tend to think of steaks and hamburgers, ribs things like that but what about beef organs? Specifically liver but I’d be also interested to hear anything anyone might know about bee kidneys, beef heart, etc. do I have to count beef liver in my total beef intake for the week?

I don’t think they are uniquely health promoting and yes, they count as red meat. I don’t think micromanaging servings of red meat per week is terribly useful for most, but I also wouldn’t be seeking out organ meat for any particular reason other than personal taste preference.
