Howdy! I’m interested in starting to use the Beginner Template. I’m a 66-year-old woman who’s had a few injuries in recent years: a hip replacement, surgery for a broken wrist, surgeries for torn rotator cuffs (both shoulders). I used to be a runner (no more!) and have done a bit of barbell training (squats, overhead presses, bench presses, and dead lifts). But I haven’t done any strength training for about a year. Other than the string of surgeries, I’m in good health and itching to strengthen. Do you recommend the Beginner Template for me?
