Template selection help

Hi everyone,

Newbie here looking for some help picking the right template. I’m 47 years old and 195lbs returning from an overuse injury to my elbow and tricep. Starting lifting in Dec 2019 using another online coaching site that put me through the SS LP and post LP programming that was a Texas Method variant. I struggled with TM, felt like it just drove me into the ground. No real lifting experience prior. Before my injury, my previous results were 340lb squat, 400lb deadlift and 240lb bench. For the past 3 weeks I have been doing light weights working on recovery but feel like I am ready to start progressing forward again. I’m debating whether I should do the beginner template or the bridge 3.0. Appreciated your help. Looking forward to getting back into it!

I’d do the Beginner Template given that you’re coming back from an injury and haven’t been exposed to RPE, exercise variations, etc. before. Glad to have you here!
