Recently started going through the articles on the site after watching Alan Thrall videos. I have been looking at the Beginner template and am looking to start this next week.
My issues is with nutrition, I was recently diagnosed with kidney scarring, not sure what the cause is definitively but think it is due to years of medication for Crohn’s. Due to this, my nephrologist has advised not to touch protein shakes and not over do protein intake as to effect the kidneys.
Looking for advice on following a rough fat loss guide, was reading the To Be A Beast article. Would I amp up fat and carb intake to offset a lower protein intake or would this be counter productive?
