Beginner Template

Hi!

After the covid stuff we just started traning again, we doing Beginner template, next week will be the 3rd week, and i would like to ask some question about it.

  1. When its says Bench Press we should pause it or not? Is it our preference? Couse other templates it was always like pause or tng so idk what to do here.
  2. So when it tells you to add weight every other week it means that like very set or just the the rpe 8 top set or how should i do this? And every exersie every day or only like the 4 squat at monday?

  1. This does not matter. Up to your preference.

  2. The assumption is that if you are responding to the program, you should be able to lift heavier loads at the same level of effort (RPE), so all your sets would increase week to week. Of course, you need to be paying attention on your warm-up sets to see whether you are actually performing well enough to make that increase, and should aim to avoid overshooting the RPE target. This is explained in detail in the accompanying instructional text :slight_smile:
