Hi Team,
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I’ve just begun the Bridge 3.0 and notice that none of the benching in the eight weeks says to use belt while some squats, presses and deads do. I finished my NLP and the novice pressing plug in in using a belt for all benching and love using it. Are there some I should use a belt for some (such as the 1ct pause bench) or none at all.
