Are the assistance lifts in The Bridge 2.0 intended to be performed with or without belt/straps?
No plans to compete, just want to get the most out of training.

Are the assistance lifts in The Bridge 2.0 intended to be performed with or without belt/straps?

For The Bridge they recommend no belt for these three (unless you need it to perform the lifts consistently), and straps if desired. I imagine it’s a general advice.
