Are these supplemental lifts for squat/deadlift with belt? (12Wk Strength)

I assumed they aren’t belted when coming from the Bridge, but now I’m not sure since there are supplemental lifts that state no belt like “squat with no belt” and “press with no belt.”

Should I put on a belt with these movements: 2ct paused squat, 2ct paused deadlifts, SLDL? Currently on week 6.

Hello! Hope training is going well. You are correct, we indicate “belt” for the lifts that we suggest be done with one. In general, our programs assume supplemental variations are beltless.

Would you recommend for or against wearing a belt on all lifts closer to the end of my program? Is there inherently anything wrong for lifting more weights with supplemental lifts?

We don’t recommend for or against it, in general. This is an individual decision - there isn’t anything inherently wrong with it, so if you want to use the belt across the board, go for it.
