Searched around on the forum and didn’t see an answer. Is it recommended to use belts and straps with rack pulls or no? Thanks.
In general, all of the supplemental lifts in the BBM programs are belless, and straps are just fine for your supplemental pulls.

What is the reasoning for doing an overload movement but then limiting the weight used by performing it without a belt? I understand the rationale for stuff like pause squats but it seems to defeat the purpose with rack pulls.
