Hi guys just want to know what belt uk lifters use ?
Im currently using the SBD belt which holy hell is painful to break in lol
looked at inzer but didn’t fancy paying a extra £90 for shipping
I got my belt from Argos, I paid 15 euro for 10cm wide belt. It’s nothing fancy but it works, I am deadlifting 240kg for 1 and squatting 182,5kg for sets and I have no problems.
