biometric screening

I just scheduled a “biometric screening” at my local Quest to get an insurance discount. It looks to be a straightforward set of tests (height, weight, waist circumference, blood lipids/glucose & blood pressure) checking for risk of metabolic syndrome. My question is: will riding the fan bike at moderate intensity for 15 minutes (my normal morning routine for the past several months) prior to the screening affect the results in any meaningful way? I would expect at least 30 minutes from the cessation of exercise and the beginning of the screening.

Thank you.

It’s possible that a number of your physiological parameters will be different from baseline 30 minutes post-exercise, though fairly unlikely for 15 minutes of moderate activity. I wouldn’t worry about it one way or another.
