In the bodybuilding 1 template, should the HBBS be done wearing a belt? I know usually the templates usually specify “squat - belt” if it was to done with belt but I wanted to make sure.
Yea, we moved away from that designation (w/ belt) because it wasn’t as clear as we wanted it to be. You CAN use a belt for any exercise you want. If it were me, I would use them on the priority exercises I chose at a minimum, e.g. the ones you perform first in the session.

Would I miss out on any significant benefits in terms of bodybuilding if I performed all my lifts without a belt, or does it not make a difference? I ask this as someone who wants to take a break from using a belt.
It should not make a difference.
