I was wanting to pick your brain on why the 3 day variant uses an Upper/Lower/Fullbody split? I’ve seen this a lot with “hybrid” training programs, but never outside of that niche. What’s the logic behind it with the bodybuilding program?

I was wanting to pick your brain on why the 3 day variant uses an Upper/Lower/Fullbody split? I’ve seen this a lot with “hybrid” training programs, but never outside of that niche. What’s the logic behind it with the bodybuilding program?
In my opinion, it’s more of a push/pull/legs-type bodypart split. When designing the program, I wanted to spread the priority movements out, distribute fatigue relatively evenly, and make sure the sessions didn’t take too long. I think this is a nice, balanced, approach.
