AKA upper / lower body days and do GPP on 1 of the upper days. I understand this isn’t optimal otherwise you would programmed it that way. I think the fact that everything recovers together on full body is better but long sessions with 3 lifts are hard to fit into my schedule. Would doing this have a significant detrimental impact on recovery / progress? I’m going to try this anyway but I just wanted to know if there is a major reason not to… Cheers
There is no major reason not to do this, if it’s the only way you can get all the work in.
