Home Gym 6 Day Upper/Lower

With a home gym and an open schedule to train do you think a 6 day U/L is superior to a 3 day a week full body or are full rest day really that vital?

I been doing something like

Monday : 3x5 Heavy Squat/Chins

Tuesday : 5x5 Incline Bench

Wednesday: Heavy Dl 1x5, then a back off set at 90%/ 3x5 squats at 80%

Thursday : 5x5 OHP

Friday : Heavy or Medium squat depending on if i think i can re PR (in a maintenance phase after a cut now after my initial LP)/ Rows

Saturday or Sunday: Incline Bench (chest has always lagged behind+have this shoulder injury so i’m toying with incline for awhile)

I think this would be a worse template than 3 full body days per week.
