6 day split

Hi there,

I’m finding it increasingly difficult to fit my workouts in (child care, work, housework, etc.) so was thinking of amending the remainder of Strength 1 (week 8 onwards) to be something like the below. I think I could get each workout done in <30 minutes if I keep rest times in check. Thoughts?:

Monday:
Competition squat (as programmed in template)

Tuesday:
Overload deadlift (as programmed in template)
Squat myo-reps

Wednesday:
Competitions bench (as programmed in template)

Thursday:
Overload squat (as programmed in template)
Press myo-reps

Friday:
Competition deadlift (as programmed in template)

Saturday:
Overload bench (as programmed in template)
Deadlift variation myo-reps

Sunday - off

This looks fine to me!
