Howdy,
I just finished the final session on Strength 1.
I never have tested my 1 rep max before today and I found my self almost getting stuck at the bottom of the squat.
Once I got above parallel I was able to power on up.
My question is what exercises would you recommend I focus on for more Strength at the bottom ?
I also feel like by back is the weak link in my squat.
I am also starting Hypertrophy 2 on Monday if that makes a difference in your recommendation.
