I wanted to get some feedback on my squat. I seem to be hitting a significant sticking point about half way up. Here’s a video from the other day of 340x4 (the last rep is a good example of what I’m referring to): https://photos.app.goo.gl/DfWaAz8WtcMxSnbUA
Not quite sure if there is anything off with my technique worth focusing on. Overall the lift feels good it’s just that sticking point feels like it’s making the lift way harder than it should be. Maybe I’m just weak lol.
