For bodybuilding routines with goal hypertrophy
For box step ups and lunges do you recommend barbell or dumbbell?
For the ab work in GPP, for the ab exercises if we hit the top end of rep range at the stated rpe, we should add weight to the exercise like leg raises etc? Is our goal to progress including with weight lifted with ab work like it is for the other muscles? Or with abs we want to avoid using weights to prevent them from getting to bulky reducing aesthetics?
