Finished LP around 6-7 months ago. Kept program hopping and actually had my squat/dl detrain substantially. Really love what Jordan & Austin are doing and decided to give The Bridge 1.0 a shot. We’ll see how it goes.
Age - 31
Height - 6’3"
Current BW - 226lbs
3/6/18
Squat w/ Belt - 245 x 5 @ RPE 6, 265 x 5 @ 7, 285 x 5 @ 7.5, 295 x 5 @ 8/8.5
CG Bench - 205 x 4 @ RPE 6.5 225 x 4 @ 8.5, 230 x 4 @ 9
Rack Pull (mid shin) - 275 x 7 @ RPE 6, 295 x 7 @ 8, 295 x 7 @ 7
Lack of experience with rack pulls caused me to possibly overstate RPE during my second set. Looking forward to the rest of the program and getting them GainZzz.
3/8/18
2-ct Pause Squat
235 x 4 @ 7
255 x 4 @ 7.5
285 x 4 @ 8.5
Press w/ Belt
115 x 5 @ 6
130 x 5 @ 7.5
135 x 5 @ 8.5
Pendlay Rows
155 x 8 @ 6
175 x 8 @ 7.5
175 x 8 @ 7
185 x 8 @ 8
Notes: Pause squat beltless is oddly close to squat w/ belt. Felt like I went slightly heavy with press. Had more in the tank with Pendlay Rows than I thought. Trying to really focus on bar speed to judge RPE.

335 x 5 @ 7
365 x 5 @ 8

Tempo Squat
135 x 8 @ ?
155 x 8 @ 6
185 x 6 @ ?
Hands went numb during tempo squats. First time that’s ever happened. Tried a couple sets after changing wrist position and the same thing happened. Wonder if I could just sub front squats? Advice appreciated.
