if I want to maximize hypertrophy (and minimize fat loss) during bb2, do you recommend eating at maintenance? Or eat a slight surplus like 200 additional calories a day? 500 may be too excessive?

I thought you were going to eat in a deficit per your previous thread?
I’m also not sure that you’d want to minimize fat loss, right?
I will change to a bulk probably in few weeks
so if I do a bulk or want to maximum muscle gain and minimize muscle loss and fat gain thej what do you recommend maintenance or 200 over or 500 over?
Somewhere between the two would likely be where I started and then adjust the surplus based on your response over time.
