Hey guys, me again
I just moved and used the at home template for a couple of months before finding a barbell gym. I found one and have been trying the SS linear progression again, but I am not able to follow the program as intended. If I were to buy a template here, which one would you recommend? I don’t consider myself “new” to barbell training; I’ve been very loosely following SS for a while (most of last year and the past month or so). I have not used RPE or anything like that, however. I asked this before and you guys recommended the beginner prescription. Being as though I have been back under the bar for about a month now, would that still be my best bet?
