Yet another 'What template should I run next' post

Greetings all,

Like some of you, I’m still training at home during these trying times, and I feel like I’ll be doing so for quite a while yet. For maybe 3 cycles now, I’ve been running the minimal equipment template, and while it’s been a great help, I am starting to get a little bored of it. My goals are simple - get strong, look like Thor, etc etc (again, simple). Anyway, when the time comes would it be better to start the Beginner prescription or something that caters more to my vanity like the new bodybuilding template?

Pre pandemic times I was dabbling in Olympic lifting and had a history of crossfit-esque type training i.e. HIIT and circuits. Been a long time since I’ve completed a legitimate, strength focused program.

Gear wise I have a variety of dumbells and kettlebells, fat gripz, pull up bar, bands, and a 10pd bar (with iron/old plastic plates from 30 years ago)I use only for zerchers, along with a bench. Lately I’ve been liking the challenge of various bodyweight moves like pistols and one arm push-ups and plan on incorporating some variety of them going forward.

All thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated

I don’t think any of our templates outside of the At-Home template are likely to work without a traditional BB and weights or very heavy DB’s/KB’s without significant modification.
