Spoke to a gentleman (competitive PL) in the gym today that has been using AAS for a number of years. He doesn’t cycle, but stays on.
We spoke about the side effects of AAS and he said he uses cardio and conditioning work to negate some of the effects. If I remember correctly he mentioned blood pressure and LDL.
Can cardio, HIIT or general conditioning negate certain side effects of AAS use?
Not here for medical effect so won’t take anything you say as such, more of an academic curiosity.
