Week 8 of the press template. I’ve tried the second day four times now and my old warm up weights for deadliest won’t budge off the floor. I’ve moved workouts around to get the other days done and I have one last chance tonight. Any thoughts or should I reset week 8 or just let my e1rm go down by like 40 lbs.

@dherko , from your post last week you were only eating 1000 calories per day. Did you increase your food intake back up to maintenance as was recommended? If not, then I think it’s safe to assume that is the culprit for this issue as well. If you did increase, it may take a few days to a few weeks for your body to get back to normal after being on a starvation diet for so long.
yeah I upped my intake and ditched IF. I managed to hit my numbers that evening so all is good. Well except for the flu I have this week so nutrition is an issue again but not through lack of trying. I can’t seem to get a break lol. Feeling better today so I’m just going to could Monday as my off day and move forward.
