I know it is a thing for people to condense the majority of their carbohydrates into pre and post workout meals. Would this distribution of carbs change if you worked a manual labor job all day before training?
It is obvious your total carb consumption would be higher but would it be in your best interest to have a higher carb breakfast, then meals with less carbs throughout the day until your pre and post workout meals? Does it make any difference if you just evenly spread them out through the day?
