Do you think it’s beneficial to eat carbs the night before if you workout first thing in the morning after a quick breakfast?

I don’t think it really matters provided you’re consistent. Most of your meals should probably have carbs in them, e.g. dinner and breakfast
Sorry I was talking about starchy carbs. In your top 5 article your nutrition life hack was to eat starchy carbs before and after workout. My concern would be if the last time I had a starchy carbs was morning of the previous day would I still have enough fuel for optimal performance during today’s workout?
