If someone would:
- Train first thing in the morning (get up at 5am, start training at 5.30/45),
- get a large meal in prior to going to bed the night before (also with a decent amount of protein, (no issues sleeping afterwards) and
- have a protein feeding post workout,
would you still recommend having a protein feeding pre workout or would one be even better served with just some “fast” carbs pre workout?
I would have both protein and carbs pre workout.

Yea, I’d just have ~20g whey, 20-30g carbs from something like oatmeal and a coffee. Then I’d train 20-30 min later
Follow up: if we take the PeriRX beforehand does that sub for the protein or should the whey be in addition to that? Thanks!
You could do PeriRx by itself + some carbs and be good to go.
Awesome…I was not looking forward to blending watermelon with chocolate whey…
