Hi there - in instances where I have to train later at night (finishing 09:30ish), would you recommend taking a protein shake after my workout, or would I be best getting in all my protein before the workout and then just sleeping when I’m finished?
ive had similar concerns, when you say “meal” does that mean food + shake? bc i only take 2 scoops of whey with a glass of milk after i finish training (~10pm) then go right to bed. should i also eat a carb? i dont want to get fat, i already have 20%bf
