Tuesday’s is normally an upper body day and then I have rugby practice that night , I’ve now switched to just running a mile and sprints since the season is canceled.
i pass the track on the way home , and so I go home , lift , and then have to come back out to do my cardio.
do you see any issues with me running first and then coming home to lift ? I’ve seen several places you want to lift first before doing cardio - something to do with boosting test ( my bullshit alarm is ringing )
