Cardio quesiton in the second run of GSC II

Hi coaches,

In the first run of GSC II, I believe we develop cardio capacity of 170 min a week.

In the second run, the first week is 120 min again. Do we go back to120 min from 170 min cause we will run faster than the previous run at the same RPE? Or more volume is needed?

I believe you have at least 6-weeks left on the template before the end. I’d like to see how you do with it first before plotting the next steps. If I had to choose now, I’d likely keep the conditioning volume the same as written.
