Hello - In the endurance template, week seven day 2 cardio, the Notes don’t add up: “Every 3 min x 15 min, sprint 50 seconds @ RPE 9-10. Rest for 70 seconds between intervals.”
As written each interval would only be 2 minutes instead of 3. Should that instead be be every 2 minutes x 16 min? or 3 min x 15 but with a 130 second rest between intervals?
