Carnivore diet

Hey guys, I’m a first time poster. Is this diet just a gimmick? I saw Mark and Chris Bell promoting this like it’s the Holy Grail of nutrition.

Which instantly made me suspicious considering the source. LOL. Interested in your thoughts, thank you .

I do not think there’s any evidence that the carnivore diet improves outcomes like weight loss, burden of disease with metabolic pathologies (e.g. diabetes), or for performance outcomes.
