Besides milk, eggs, lean meats, what else can I ate do a diet in order to gain weight and spend little amount of money?

I think milk is actually quite expensive for what it is, though if you like it- go for it. As far as other recommended foods, I’d include rice, beans, oatmeal, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, peanut butter, and olive oil. You also only need a modest Calorie surplus to gain weight, so it’s not like you have to eat a lot more per day, but rather more like an extra serving or two of whole grains (1 or 2 fist-sized portions) and serving of fat (about the size of your thumb).
