How much protein? Intuitive eating. How much meat a week do you guys buy?

I know how to weigh and measure but what’s Figenbaum’s general outline? Ihear him say one or two fistfuls oflean protein? three times a day? That amounts to about what ~10ish lbs for a 240lb guy. That’s an incredible amount of meat to buy for one person, no? And it’s just not for a cut phase either. It stays around that

Also, In BM’s coaching of people who do calorie count/food scale and gain weight, I think I heard Jordan say once ehtat they tend to go over not so much on carbs, but fats? Any clarification?

I am having trouble pulling out a discernible question from your post. What exactly are you asking?

It’s really not that expensive on the grand scheme of things. I buy 30 eggs, 2kg of chicken breast, 1kg of 95/5 lean ground beef, greek yogurt to last the week. Cook the chicken and beef on sunday and its ready for the week. Total cost of around £20 for the week. I will also buy 5kg Whey monthly.

Breakfast - 3 egg / 3 whites

Snack - 40g Whey

Lunch - 200g cooked chicken

Dinner - 200g lean ground beef

Bedtime - 200g greek yogurt / scoop whey

that gets me to 220g for the day easily.

Where do you shop please? I assume you’re eating veggies etc too?

10lbs?!?!? How big are your fists and are you The Hulk?
