[My aim: less belly fat and to continue to get stronger. I don’t mean “abs” but less of a gut.
Any thoughts on this research?
I have tried 5-2 dieting (non-compliant). I can stick to a 16 hour overnight fast, when roster etc etc allows. It seems that exploiting circadian rhythms may mean a 13 hour fast may be as effective as 16 hour overnight. Do you have any thoughts on this type of ‘natural’ fasting on body composition versus or, in conjunction with manipulating protein/carbs/fat mix?
