But we are going into the final week on the android-app this week, and it says on day 2:
Squat (Comp.)
1 @8, 3 -8% x3 sets.
Bench Press (Comp.)
1 @ 8, 3 @ 9, 3 - 5% x2 sets
Overhead Press (Standing)
6 @ 7, 6 @ 8 x3 sets.
All other peaking templates taper down in the final week, also day one of this week in this template has much less sets, so surely this must be an oversight in that template in the app? This is to be the last workout before meet day, lets not wreck the young lady… right?
I’m going to have her do a single at 7 or 8 for squat then similar for bench instead of this I think, unless I am wildly overlooking something crazy here..
