I’m doing PB1 GEN2, and my question is whether I should come to a complete stop at the bottom of deadlifts/SLDLs between reps, as opposed to maintaining tension and briefly touching the ground between reps?
Yes, I would perform the deadlift from a dead stop. FWIW, I only recommend touch and go deadlifts for sports specific training related to CrossFit. Even then, the strength work programmed for the deadlift is done from a dead stop.
I do think maintaining tension either way is a good idea though!
