Due to limited time, long conditioning sessions would be a more feasible way for me to meet PA guidelines. How long is too long for a conditioning session? Could I do say 3 1 hour sessions? Right now I’m doing 5 30-40 minute sessions weekly through a variety of modalities, mostly stationary bike, rower, step mill. 40 years old. Very long weight training history. Lifting performance seems to be fine, feeling good etc.
3 1-hour sessions would be completely fine. Adjust intensity based on your tolerance and to manage fatigue.
