Cooking Methods for Vegetables

Hey guys, question on cooking methods. I eat a lot of broccoli but prefer it roasted in the oven with some spices. I found some articles that suggest steaming broccoli or preparing it other ways might maximize the nutritional absorption:

Likewise, I enjoy eating carrots raw and not cooking them, but some research said cooking may be better:

My head started spinning a bit, so I’m wondering, should I care about cooking methods? I can’t quite tell if the evidence in these articles shows that there’s a meaningful difference in nutrient value between roasting, steaming, and eating veggies raw. It’s much easier for me to eat three or four servings of broccoli per day if it’s roasted, so I prefer to keep roasting it to make it easy to adhere to a good diet.

Thanks in advance for the help.

It doesn’t really matter. While cooking foods makes it easier for us to digest and absorb nutrients, some raw foods are fine too. I wouldn’t worry about it.
