Drinking vs. Cooking & Eating Liquid Egg Whites

Hey Doc, is there any benefit to cooking and eating pasteurized liquid egg whites vs. just drinking them? The internets told me that you lose some nutrition by just drinking them. I was going to try chugging a carton but if that means I get less protein out of it, I’ll just cook em up. Thanks.

They bioavailability becomes better when you cook them. You should cook them when able :slight_smile:
