I’m a fan of eating things quickly, and sometimes I’m in a rush. Blending up some raw eggs in my shake in the morning is easy, but I want to know if this is bad for my health, if protein is not as well absorbed, or if there is a good chance of getting sick.

I do not recommend consuming raw egg products and would recommend cooking them.
Would that include egg whites?

I would not consume raw egg products due to the reduced absorption and increased risk gastrointestinal infection (varies depending on what kind of eggs and refining processes we’re talking about). It’s not worth it.
